"We are a family owned business that has been operating in the South West for over 20 years. Both Kay and I work in the business.
I am a registered builder and a Licensed Pest Manager and know first-hand the problems that termites and other pests can cause in the South West. I work onsite daily with our residential and commercial pest clients.
Kay runs all the administration side of our business as well as dealing directly with our clients."

Working with me, we have local pest technicians who are thoroughly trained in pest biology, pest breeding habits and in the appropriate methods for dealing with pests.
Our technicians work closely with our clients and take the time to let you know exactly what you can expect with our termite inspections and pest treatments.
When you call our office, you will speak with either Kay or me. We are more than happy to discuss your pest problem and provide advice without any pressure or obligation.
Although we believe our treatments are the best solution for pest problems, we also understand that you want direct and accurate information before making any decisions. You can be assured we will handle your enquiry with respect and in a professional and friendly manner.
We only use treatments that are registered to specific pests. We discuss the treatments with you before application.
When you have an inspection or treatment with us, we tell you exactly what we are doing, the lifespan of any treatment and what you can do to maintain the effectiveness of the treatment.
In addition, we will recommend what can be done to minimise future pest problems.
Through our experience, we really do know a great deal about termites and pest control in the South West.
There is no substitute for local knowledge when it comes to pest control. Plus, we have the backing and support of the national Termitrust Pest Control network. Its head office in Perth provides us access to research experts and the latest developments in pest control particularly those with environmentally responsible outcomes.
We are proud and long-standing members of the HIA (Housing Industry Association) and AEPMA (Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association).
Being long term residents of the South West, we strongly believe in supporting and putting something back into the community in which we live.
As sport is so important for regional areas, we contribute to the fund raising activities of many our local sporting clubs. Plus we directly sponsor the South West Warriors Rugby team league and the annual builder’s Golf Tournament held at Dunsborough.
