We are a family owned business that has been operating in North Coast New South Wales for over 20 years.
I am a registered builder and a licensed pest manager and know first-hand the problems that termites and other pests can cause. I work onsite daily with our residential and commercial pest clients.

Working with me are local pest technicians in Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour and Tweed Richmond. They are thoroughly trained in pest biology, pest breeding habits and in the appropriate methods for dealing with pests.
Our technicians work closely with our clients and take the time to let you know exactly what you can expect with our termite inspections and pest treatments. Key members of the team are:
Nathaniel, our Tweed Richmond area manager. He is a qualified pest control technician and an accredited Termimesh installer. Nathaniel has been with the company since 2008.
Peter, our Coffs Harbour area manager and his offsider, Tim. Peter and Tim are licensed Pest Control Technicians and Peter is also accredited in the installation of Termimesh. Peter has been with the company since 2005 and Tim since 2013.
Jeff our licenced Pest Control Technician covering the Hasting River Shire area. Jeff has been with the company since 2011.

Although we believe our treatments are the best solution for pest problems, we also understand that you want direct and accurate information before making any decisions. You can be assured we will handle your enquiry with respect and in a professional and friendly manner.
We only use treatments that are registered for specific pests. We discuss the treatments with you before application.
When you have an inspection or treatment with us, we tell you exactly what we are doing, the lifespan of any treatment and what you can do to maintain the effectiveness of the treatment.
In addition, we will recommend what precautions you can take to reduce future pest problems.
Through our local experience, we really do know a great deal about termites and pest control in your area.
There is no substitute for local knowledge when it comes to pest control and we also have the backing and support of the national Termitrust Pest Control network. Its head office in Perth provides us access to research experts and the latest developments in pest control particularly those with environmentally responsible outcomes.
We are proud and long-standing members of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) and Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association (AEPMA).
Being long-term residents in the area, we strongly believe in supporting and putting something back into the community in which we live.
As sport is so important for regional areas, we contribute to the fund raising activities of local sporting clubs. We have sponsored a number of groups including Bonny Hills Surf Lifesaving club and the Coffs Harbour Basketball association.
